Live examples of any DB peddalu with that percentage of savings unte back it up.  It doesn't seem realistic to me.

I personally know a guy who ended up saving 70% of his income at 85-90k and is around 300k now. He is 32.

Without going into specifics can you spell out which part of US he lives in and outline his cost break up with family??  32 ante recently married ayyi undochu.
