You filed along with H1 Renewal? or H4 by itself with no EAD? it will be faster with H1 renewal in Premium or file together with H4 +EAD. Just H4 may take time.

H1 approve aithe Biometric request vachaka ventane approve avvudhi. Surprises emi untayo appude cheppadam kastam because it was fairly new process.

Uscis reopens the premium processing only for H1.

 

even though u applied h4 extension with H1 premium... they process only h1 in premium...and h4 in normal processing...

H4 premium undadhu bhayya telsu.. Bio-metric ai..approve aina vallu randi etu..
Bio metric ki em levu..apptmnt and passport /DL tappa.. 5mins panni..

H4 premium unde inthakamundu...15 days lo H1+h4+h4ead anni approve ayyevi...before Apr 23 i..but after Biometric introduced ayyaka ...Biometric appointment dates prakaram dani taruvatha uscis lo update avvali.. So there is no mimium dates ...as some ppl got biometric appointment after 2-3 weeks after h1 approval...

Below are timelines:

Applied for H1 and H4 - Premium 

Received by USCIS- April 26th

H1B- Approval - May 2nd

H1B Approval Notice received- May 11th.

H4 No receipt received nor Biometeric Appoint letter yet. still waiting for Appointment letter.

yes, ma company lo kondariki alane aindi...first h1 approve aithe Bio ki appointment vasthadi...appointment tarvatha usually 3 weeks lo h4 approval vasthadi
