Wedding hall in hyderabad

Guys, what is the cost to purchase land and alao construction to start a wedding hall which fits 500 ppl and with decent parking also.....this is one of the best business.......but deeniki total land entha kavali, and construction cost kuda entha avutadi.....please pinch in your ideas also....

You need at-least 2000sq yd land and a commercial bit with 60-100ft front road.

We planned to start one and then dropped off since the land cost is too high. Its an advantage if you have your own land.

You also need to ensure there is sufficient parking.

Expect a minimum investment of 7-12cr for land, buildings, material, etc..depending on area

if we own the land (lets say one acre), how much investment we can expect?

2 cr maximum (including buildings, permissions, materials, etc..)

If you are building an A/C hall, add another 50lakhs.

You should get an acre around 3cr if you try hard.

You will get permission only if you have minimum 50 cents of R1 residential land with sufficient road access.. This kind of land even in Hyderabad outskirts will cost you close to 5C+. Apart from land, construction will cost you another 3 to 4C. Total around 10 C unte you can try..  But income wise it is a good investment. You will get 10 to 15% returns on your investment. Like you can expect min 1C income per year. We worked on this project last year but postponed it because of the high costs involved. Banks wont give loans for this unless you have very high level contacts.. One of my relatives has a function hall in outskirts of Hyd and made good money in the last 10 years and now he is constructing one near Amaravathi..
