Hyderabad lo parents ki oka apartment flat konivali anukuntunnanu. Currently my parents staying in a rented apartment flat. But ippudu ma brother and his wife antunnaru.. elago nv apartment kontunnav kada.. memu parents tho vuntamu.. naku rent kattalsina avasaram ledu annaru... I didn't say anything. But wife relatives antunnaru konadam manchide kani mi brother family akkade vunte.. long run lo nve emi analevu vallake icheyali ani antunnaru...

I strongly want to give the flat to my parents and they can happily stay with out any tensions.. but ma wife relatives cheppinattu ma brother family move avuthe nijanga lakkuntada flat in the future.. I am buying by taking loan only. Suggestions please!

If you take lOan , bank owns the property. Your brother won’t be able to do anything .

Don’t go for large loan amount is this case. Try to make sure you pay less than 15k as monthly payment. Neeku ikkada job problem vachina chinna amount easy ha adjust cheyochu 

If you take large amount it will be burden for you

Parents unte sare kaaani brother KUDA untanu ante neeku future lo headache avthundhi.
