End of the day you are your brothers brother and share the same blood.

Money comes and goes bro, if you can't help your own blood, don't expect anyone to help you as you grow old.

Don't think twice when you can lend a helping hand to anyone..especially when it comes to family first.

Naku adhe help cheyalane vundi.. But loan katti tisukunnaka one final day emotional black mail chesi nadhe aneste nenu kuda financial ga chala weak ayipotha ane bhada anthe thappa inkem ledu.

If everything is really good between you both brothers.. then anni aathcare.. let him move in along with your parents and get the flat registered under your name.

Honestly saying, nuv konukune flat ki way too much alochistunav or perhaps, mee wife's relatives are scraing you away more than what it is...

I don't know what type of flat you plan to buy...premium, mid size, mid range or low end...but if you are buying a flat less than 60-70 lakhs, trust me you are thinking way too much than it is...okavela nuv konkune flat ae 2 cr vunte then such things makes sense..

If you want the flat to be yours only - you pay/you own and it needs to be on your name.

If you want the flat to be shared with your brother - replace you with both..

If you go with 1 - upto you to ask your brother to stay or not...even if he stays...tell him that in future you might plan to sell it or say you want to go and live there....ani  heads up ichhi clear sesko...bcoz your bro should not be under the assumption that after x yrs he will take that flat. Before you plan to sell or live there give your bro couple of yrs of time so he settles down and moves out...
