Trust me man...50 lakhs lo downpayment oka 15 chesi, 35 tho loan 10 years ki pettu...

10 years is a long time, get it registered on your wife's name...indirectly tell your parents thats it is pretty much your wife's home as she is paying for it..

Your parents also needs help in the days to come and your brother may be able to support them emotionally atleast...10 years is good time for yor brother to improve his financial sttaus and move out of the house 

after 10 years, you will be least interested in this flat which you bought for 50 lakhs now...I'm sure you would be in much better position 10 years down the road to buy many more apartments than this one thing which is creating troubles..

vu story please... ma intlo ma anna manchodu ...we never talked about assets but he helped alot in teh begining  around 1lakh in 2008  time lo ... i owe him a lot...
