I will try and answer to the best of my knowledge but this is a tricky situation so an Immigration consultant might give correct advice.

1) If they declare pregnancy now it will be a change of situation and it might cause a delay in providing the COPR and visa. They might ask to reapply for the baby after birth.

2) PR card is delivered to the address you declare at the POE while landing, no further process required. Takes 8-12 weeks approx.

3) SIN number can be applied after landing at Service Canada locations and is provided the same day.

4) For Health Card though you need a residence proof and COPR is not sufficient. Physical Bank statement or a lease copy will do. However Health Card comes after 90 days of physical stay and they have to make alternate arrangements like private insurance.

Insurance might be expensive especially since they have to declare pregnancy and I have no idea how much that could be. They can call a Manulife or other insurance provider to get quote

As you told expected delivery date is September, you need to mention. Mention chesina it mite affect confirmation of permanent residence. Passport submit chesaka oka one week lo vachesthundhi. Ask them to get landing done as soon as they can.

Ma friend valla di same situation, he wrote an email explaining the details, but they sent a passport request. He requested for delayed COPR but, they told him to travel along with his wife. Due date was only two months from than. But everything was okay, they landed in Quebec. Change of status mention chesaru but Canada immigration did not care.

SIN - same day teskovachu, PR cards meru landing time lo pettey address ki velthay. You cannot travel out of country. If you do you need to travel back after getting your PR cards. A adress lo undey vallanu post cheyamanandi... It works. 

Health card they can go and apply, but they need address proof. Bank Account letter is a valid proof.

Very next day nundi coverage start avthundhiii- Pregnancy unna vallku.

You need private insurance for other family members. After you land go to the office they will guide you.  It again depends on the province they land.Mid wives ani untaru they will help as you wont have a family doctor right away. or there are some organizations, who will take care of pregnant women who are in between status. 

But one Question, they need to check with doctor if they can travel or not.

It may not get delayed.

Go to alberta if she is preg and you want health card . Ontario lo 90 days tarvata vastadi health card. Ledu nuvv health insurance teakunta and Ontario lo unta antey okay.

They cannot travel on COPR. They need PR card. In case adi lekuntey India nunchi PRTD apply cheyyali. In that case you can. Other way is USA visa untey.. USA vochi by road entry ivochu through copr.

New born processing will take time. I would say don't do soft landing and do only hard landing ..

Private health insurance varies for 3 months approx 300-400 in Ontario. It varies based on province.

Adding few things :

if you land at Pearson airport you can apply SIN at airport kiosk. Land on week days. No weekends to avail this facility. 

health card 90 days is for Ontario. Alberta lo the day you land it gets activated.

pR card lo photo rejection vastey Malli pampali.. and yes you can always change your address. I would go with whatever is given at POE.
