They picked up this news from EconomicTimes Indian website who’s article content also does not say that OMB has published anything. They also just talk about OMB review period.

Do not worry. The H4EAD removal rule making process was started more than a year ago. There is nothing new here.

 

 

Its all becuase of GAS Andhra.

The H4 EAD removal processed is already under review by OMB for more than 90 days now and there is no need to panic at this time. No H4 EAD revoke final rule has been published as the headline probably seems to portray.

I think part of the reason for h4eAd. More number of people no end in sight for the wait for GC. No guarantee that h1 will come even if we do masters and dependents can’t work their entire lives here. Intent is good. Just that a lot of abuse happened in IT. But it is the same with OPT too. Too much abuse. H1 at least has checks and balances.

 2008 gurinchi no idea Oct 2013 was the first time for lottery after 2008 if there was one 

without h1 demand before 2015 there wouldn’t be so many h4ead applications being approved (140 approved)

Agree with you on this. If this is not the case we wouldn't have seen mind blowing scientists and their discoveries. Kani ah percentage is too low kada.

people who make money, so they can 'enjoy' and 'travel the world' is also low only. most people work just to survive and get by.

in the past, mind blowing discoveries were made by people born in the upper middle class, and rich class, even incremental industrial process innovations. their sense of security allowed them the luxury of indulging in a passion. There are a few exceptions to this, of course.

most people are just mindless drones, not because they are not smart, but they don't care.
