BJP can't intrude into AP with out giving SCS. 

 

AP people probably wont vote for BJP even if they attract TDP leaders to their party. 

 

If BJP awards SCS to AP and then replace TDP then people may vote for it.

I doubt if that would happen as SCS to AP may get criticism from TN, TG, KA, Bihar and so on. Nonetheless, BJP will try to enter AP with hook or crook.

when will leaders of andhra will learn.. it is promised as part of division act... it doesnt have to be dependent on other states... there are many things apart from SC.. do those things also.....
