Perm approve ayyina 6 months lopu i140 apply cheyyali. Or else start from zero after 6 months.

Unless you are waiting for H4 EAD, I don't see any point in going for premium for I140.

if your employer pays for premium, that's a different story

Only other scenario I can think of is you want your H-1B extended beyond 6 years.
