It is not AP govt property though

allotted for AP Govt use till 10 years

Since AP govt is not using from many years,TG requested the Gov to give them back for their use

FYI....These properties are owned by the government of Telangana and have been given to AP for a period of 10 years to operate out of Hyderabad.

Staff and administration has moved out of TG and these facilities have been lying vacant for over three years, common amenities fees and charges have not been fair since bifurcation, electricity and water dues, and zero maintenance.

Good that TG has taken back these facilities and at least can be put up to better use.
