Some states don't implement this very strictly, my friend whose license tags are from PA has been here for 2 years and was never bothered to change his plates. TX people please advise.

Lol naadi paatha di already expired bro NC lo. Anduke dilemma lo unna should I renew or lite teesukuni TX ki ochi akkade change chesukovala ani. But driving from NC to TX with expired tags I don't know if that would be too risky considering I might get pulled over.
