Amaravathi is not real estate like hyderabad or Banglore..akkada land vunnadhi Chala takkuva... Demand was high even before the capital because of population move from hyderabad to amaravathi. Every inch of that land is cultivatable..

Not Rocky soil like in Hyderabad ...which is ideal for capital and industries.

I think there is no better place than Hyderabad in whole country for a suitable capital.

Donakonda is a good base for capital but not a single drop of water..desert area.
