yaa ade cheptundi...neku land undi ..adi 40kki velli ..wht ever the reason evadanna vachi 10kki adigite nuvvu istava..talakai unna evvadu ivvadu...maha aite 30kki alochista ..worst case 20 k istav ..antegani 75% discountlo istava...but TS istadu

Penumaka no change in rates.. Acre 3 to 4C..

Penumaka, Undavalli and tadepalli lands will be denotified from land pooling before end July..Already Jagan told in an internal meeting S@nC#aZi

Already chaala progress ina projects scrap cheyyatam kashtam. But he can scrap rest which are on papers only and not yet started

Happened in shamshabad in Hyderabad during airport hype. 10-12 years back

Not saying Amaravati and shamshabad are same. But there in an example in the past

agreed, YSR time lo shamshabad, maheshwaram lo chala hype chesaru and lot of ventures took off selling land at 4500-7000 gajam.

Even after 15 years, the rates are still around 7-9k in maheshwaram area.

I think the same will repeat here because for another 5 years no new investments in bhramaravati, konollu stuck because govt wont take up any new projects and sell cheste they will be at a loss

Mothaniki oka 20 years varaku don't expect any returns, the city must grow organically and rates will be decided based on development, not ppt's or hype s%H#

You need to get the difference...not growing is different from falling 75% with in a month

The prices did dropped 75% that time in Shamshabad , But not in a month. I think it happened over 1-2 years.

Outer ring road vachi atleast aa matram recover ayyayi. Otherwise it would have never recovered.

I am sure Jagan will keep about 2-3k acres and give back rest of the lands 25k acres to farmers. The actual development will happen elsewhere close to other towns but not here.

If this happens, there will be resistance from farmers when people try to enter into ventures surrounded by farm lands, and no new ventures will come up for several years.

The prices will fall automatically

Not that easy. andulo konni plots chesesaru , konni roads kattesaru , konni companies ki allot chesesaaru.
