I heard this from my friends in that constituency. Kodela is a good person but his Son and Daughter are notorious and they even collect 100 rupees for a day from people who sell vegetables on small carts. 

 

They deserve punishment and there is no question about it. 

 

Even TDP leaders who did contracts did not get their funds released due to Kodela's son blocking the funds as they did not pay him his commission. 

Should be Jailed for life and I hope all the money illegally collected will go back to victims with interest.

సాక్షి, గుంటూరు : మాజీ స్పీకర్‌ కోడెల శివప్రసాదరావు కుమార్తె విజయలక్ష్మీపై మరో కేసు నమోదైంది. నరసరావుపేటలో ఓ లేఔట్‌ అనుమతి కోసం రూ. 15 లక్షలు ఇవ్వాలని బెదిరింపులకు దిగారని బాధితుడు, రియల ఎస్టేట్‌ వ్యాపారి కోటిరెడ్డి పోలీసులను ఆశ్రయించారు. మొదటగా రూ. 10 లక్షలకు సెటిల్‌మెంట్‌ అయిందని, మళ్లీ ఇప్పుడు మిగతా ఐదు లక్షలు కూడా ఇవ్వాలని విజయలక్ష్మీ బెదిరిస్తున్నారని కోటిరెడ్డి ఫిర్యాదులో పేర్కొన్నారు. కాగా విజయలక్ష్మీపై గతంలో కూడా ఒక కేసు నమోదైంది. తండ్రి అధికారాన్ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకొని విలువైన భూమిని కబ్జా చేసేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారు. భూ యజమానులను బెదిరించి రూ.15 లక్షల ‘కే’ ట్యాక్స్‌ వసూలు చేశారు. మరో రూ.5 లక్షల కోసం వేధింపులకు దిగడంతో బాధితులు పోలీసుల్ని ఆశ్రయించారు.
