Hi Emily,

We have file h1+h4+h4ead in reg processing. we thought to upgrade after getting the biometrics done. It is been 4 weeks and we neither got receipt number nor fingerprints date? I dont know if this is normal.
Should we upgrade it to premium and assuming h1 is approved leaving h4 ead, how long should we wait before filing a law suit?

A question regarding your lawsuit. If you get a favorable judgement will it apply only for your plaintiffs or to all I-539 applicants ? If not can other I-539 applicants use the judgement as a precedence ?

People reaching out to USICS for H4 approval after biometric question, have found that they are being processed in regular and the wait for that at VSC is around 8 months.

The earliest H4 Ead can be renewed is 6 months and they depend on an approved H4.

Does this mean a lot of H4 will not have approved EADs in time and they have to leave their jobs?

Is their a exception, application, request that be made to USCIS counter this, as the processing time is higher than the maximum time allowed for renewal?

March 21st taruvata if you are filing for H4 ... Then you need Biometics...

 

Ippudu year ago enter ayyi .... 2020 varaku H4 vundi anuko ... and you want to apply H4EAD now ... there is no biometics

2020 lo H4 visa extension appudu you have to go for Biometics..

My wife received her h4 and h4 ead  approval yesterday...I submitted all my docs including my h1 extension and h4+ h4 EAD on April 5th..upgraded to premium on April 9th..I got my approval within 1 week...we got response back from Uscis asking us to go for biometric on may 9th...

 

Our old h4 and h4 ead was good until July 2019....It took less than a month to get h4 and h4 ead approval..now we are good until July 2022..hope you all get approval just like us...
