My attorney specifically told us to apply all docs together and upgrade to premium before biometrics and it worked for us...

H1 Ext + H4 Applied in Premium on April 26th (NO H4 EAD)

H1 Ext Approved on 5/2

H4 Receipt generated on 5/10

H4 Biometric generated on 5/23

H4 Biometric completed on 5/24

still case status shows as case received on 5/10.

 

Not sure if we can travel to India now.

If you leave the country .. H4 will automatically gets denied.... Just go to India and make H4 visa appointment and come ... nothing wrong in it ...
