I agree, after taking good service, minimum tip ivakapotam mana desis lo chala mandini chusa. But this tip culture should not be encouraged, lekapote employers won't pay good amount of salaries to these workers.

I am not telling, not to give tips, but this system should be discouraged. These employees should not be dependent of any tips. But paying like $5 is upto  the individuals, never fix a tip rate..

Tip  is a gesture when service is delivered beyond expectations. Please Don’t make it sound an obligation for the service. Sometimes people provide poor service and still expect tip as if it’s their right. Not to mention haircut is somewhat expensive anyway.

When you go to movie,you budget for pop corn and cool drinks.Same way when going to barber or restaurant add your tip to your budget.If you can not afford to tip,then reduce the frequency.Instead of going to barber once in 2 months,make it once for 3 months.Or just do the hair cut yourself or don't go dine-ins.Just take-away
