See this thread. You will get some hope and confidence. Nothing is end of world. My mom got in her 20's. Happy ga life lead chestondi. Just make some life style changes and your life will be rocking. Type II is reversible with good diet and exercise. Cheers !*n$

Eat small portions and more often. Eat either brown rice or basmati or quinoa. Lots of veggies and less fruits and no juices. Stop eating any processed foods and sugars. Be active for 30 to 60 mins daily. 

Once you get diabetes, you can keep it in control but no way to go back as far as I know. Ignore cheste you will end up in a stage where you have to take insulin so keep in mind and please follow everything your doctor suggests. Good luck.

Bhaiiya i doubt that eat small portions lot of time is debatable, now a days people are telling eat highfat protien , so that your meal intervals are longer like keto, intermittent fasting etc because when ever you eat insulin will be produced and you will never get control

Keto , ( Veeramachinenni ) etc diets will definetly help nenu bhi border prediabatic anaru, tried diet for 3 weeks and ate normal the levels came to normal, Dont take medicine by any chance oka sari avi body ki takithe life long tappadu. High fats with coconut oil is helping a lot (dont believe articles on coconut oil is poisonous etc

Nothing as such its in normal range... Just eat normally and exercise like walking , jogging, workout cheyyi its fine.

Okko saari random idi ekkuva choopochu, check again after few days again random don't feel anxiety about it that could be spike your sugar levels...

It is in the pre diabetes range . For confirmation repeat it again or get HBA1C checked . Even if it is pre diabetes, we don’t start medications . You can control with diet and exercise . Don’t worry
