Above 5.7  and below 6.4  border line or pre diabetic

Nothing Serious .. Ekkuva alochistunnav .. Alcohol habit unte maney  , add cinnamon to your daily routine  either capsule or tea  ( Cinnamon  helps you to cut down your sugar levels)
