My lunch was replaced with 

Avacado (From Costco)  + Veg. Curry + 4 Boiled Eggs (pasture Raised) + Soaked Almonds and Walnuts (about 150 grams)

 

I was eating this for quite some time. As the curry changes every day, I dont feel bored of this diet (yet).

 

I don't know if everyone can follow this but it worked out for me.

 

I am still trying to experiment on my Dinner but could not find anything that really works better to get enough nutrients to make sure I wont face nutrient/Vitamin deficiency.

 

Right now, I am taking Chick Peas (boiled and roasted in Ghee (about 30 ml)) along with Curry + Sour Cream for Dinner. I can manage with this but I can't do this long term.

cauliflower rice ki em recipe akkarledu you get it in costco , walmart also. Niku nachina food based make your own diet man. Pakkavalladi follow avvadam kashtam. Cut rice/carbs and try to eat more protein. If you eat nonveg thats easy.

Ragi is better than rice but it's mostly Carbs

Sugar is Worse,  Net Carbs are bad (you have to subtract dietary fibre from total carbs). 

If you want to eat fruits Best is Straw Berry  and other berries (Black, Rasp, ...) 

Eat more veggies

Prefer organic, Pasture Raised when applicable (for Eggs and Milk). 

 

Non-Veg thintava?
