06/12/2019: Nationals of New Zealand Now Eligible for E-1 (Treaty-Trader) and E-2 (Treaty Investor) Nonimmigrant Visas

  • Their unmarried children under 21 years of age and their spouses will also be able to apply for the E-1 or E-2 visas by filing changes of status application using I-539. For details, click here.
