he worked for KCR like guruvu shishuvu, i heard in college harsih used be called rubber cheppula harish rao, but when he wroked for siddipiet with KCR heard he nurtured the constinuency he learned poltical tricks and tips from kcr, not sure what happened may be SON stroke
