I agree with what Andhraneedscs says here. if you would like to seek advice or support or services from the reliable group of people you got to do it in the closed doors, being a leader and the chief minister you shouldn't speak blatantly begging for the help. A leader is the one who leads a group from the front and seeks advice when needed from the counsel of wise men.  In a democracy, an elected political leader is a modern-age king and counsel of his ministers and servicemen are his wise men.
