US Government moves hundreds of migrant kids after reports of dire conditions

The AP reports that more than 300 kids were moved out of a Border Patrol station in Clint, Texas, following their exposé about the facility's conditions, which included children caring for one another, rampant illness and more. It remains unclear what improvements will come with the relocation for the children.
