"Canadian Experience": How many bonus points for "fast track"? That's what is driving International students to Canada in order to join hotel management courses, special certificate in health and beauty (yes, threading eye brows), etc.

A 'career college' in Toronto places students with families as live-in au pairs and then the host family pays money to the college. This is meant to cover the au pair's tuition fees. The  whole thing just feels totally wrong. I tried to find a way to let Immigration know about this as I don't think it is legal and may be exploitative but it is impossible to get in contact with them.
