Sending to India is an option but only if you have large circle . Lot of relatives and friends who can interact with the kids . If not , forget about that . I know kids who did well in India and also kids who got worse in India. Decide based on your situation. But remember, early intervention is the key . You have to act now like a do or die situation. You have to put maximum efforts. Don’t assume kid will get better . You have to put in 100%

Thanks bro.I have couple of question. Is 3.8 years too late to start ABA?As I mentioned earlier we are doing 30 hours ABA + 4 session speech + 3 sessions OT per week.Do you think is it good enough. We are not sending him to preschool and only focusing on therapies fulltime. Also Can you please share the expenses for the private ABA school per month.

Send them to speech and ABA..

Even in Autism there are many different levels..

High Functioning kids usually oka 5 years ki will talk fluently and by the time they are in teens they adopt to the world outside and start functioning well.. They still need some support here and there but they will mostly manage on their own..

Medium functioning kids will talk but not fluently, with some help they will get through school but normal life will be a little hard for them..

Low functions kids no matter how much you support they will not talk or never lead a normal life..

It's all your luck and usually oka 5 years ki you can get a clear picture about how sever their autism is..

I think our kid comes under above medium criteria

It is never too late . Please don’t give up . Can you elaborate about the type of ABA therapy he is getting ? When do you drop the kid ? And does he eat lunch at the center ?

We just enrolled our daughter in May . It is quiet expensive as of now . We are out of network. And the area where we live , there are only 2 such schools . We had to pay around 7000 in May and another 7000 in June. We have sent the paperwork to insurance . Out of network kabatti upfront money pay cheyali . But I am hoping I will get at least some refund from insurance. We might know in 2 weeks .

Nenu okate anukunnanu. Oka one year savings vundavu Kani if kid improves , money doesn’t matter .

But afain check with with your insurance . If you are in network, it isn’t expensive.

She is 2.5 . Regular stuff . Just started playing with dolls . It is not just the speech. Vocabulary has improved a lot . Communication is the problem
