So you mean, if government officials have a place to sit and work, that’s more than enough and that’s what development is all about ? 

300 crores is more than enough to create grade-1 Office space ...

and like I said, people have been brainwashed that capital is everything and capital means having swanky buildings and investment is all you need and everything else can be taken for granted...This is not development or closer to being called so..!!!!

It's not brain wash it's common sense that with cost of construction and labor we have to pay, the so called office space is enough? How do you get to the So called Grade-1 office? There is not even proper roads and Chandrababu ni a$$ rape chesaru for constructing temporary buildings and you indirectly saying Jagan also do the same but he is granted for whatever he is doing. Fundamental infrastructure Gov employees ke dikku lekunda you expect to administer a state?

Anduke kada 10 years common capital ani petti, AP Givt ki office space allot chesindi so that they can take time to plan and build...CBN was an idiot and moved out of Hyd for reasons best known to him.

no point discussing such things. jagun never prioritized capital development. people voted knowing that. just hope that money is diverted to welfare schemes and they are not mis utilized.

34,000 acres ki lease will be 34000*50,000 = 170 Crores 

 

2000 crores amaravathi bonds ki 10% interest annaru ga.. it will be 200 crores.

 

nothing else left for actual buildings or any infrastructure development.
