5600 per sqft, while launching I was in india in Feb. Nenu My Home avatar lo 3 bed teesukunna total 1.2c 1845 sqft. 

Pros: My Home construction is really good and on time delivery. Again its a community not individual apts

Cons: Possession until 2024 almost 5 years, if no immediate need go for it.

Conclusion: India lo pay scale chala ekkuva unnayi and 1c for apt in hyd is nothing when 1 acre is selling at 30 lacs in rural places with income of 12k per annum. If ur on h1b and no house in hyderabad just go for it as a safe option. Not recommended for investment.
