Following India style a ?

If they really followed India Style there won't be any Visa overstays because India will have exit and entry stamps so they can easily track you when you overstay which US doesn't want to implement and blame immigrants but not doing their part of effort as a gov entity.

The federal REAL ID Act of 2005 sets new standards for the issuance of driver licenses and ID cards.

The REAL ID Act became effective nationwide on May 11, 2008. Florida began issuing REAL ID compliant credentials after January 1, 2010. The new credentials have a star in the upper right corner of the card, as shown in the sample license example on the right. Florida is a REAL ID compliant state and all Florida licenses should be accepted nationwide.florida driver licensenew driver license front

The Department of Homeland Security announced on December 20, 2013, that enforcement of REAL ID credentials will begin in a measured, fair and responsible way. Floridians will first see enforcement at nuclear power plants and restricted areas of certain federal facilities. Enforcement at airports across the country will not begin until October 1, 2020. The chart below summarizes the four phases of enforcement.

REAL ID Drivers License ante emiti? how is it different from normal Drivers license?

Depends on state, some states have star on the DL which is more than enough but some states don't so you will need to take second ID like passport. Most states DL acts a REAL ID compliant state.

  • U.S. passport
  • U.S. passport card
  • DHS trusted traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST)
  • U.S. Department of Defense ID, including IDs issued to dependents
  • Permanent resident card
  • Border crossing card
  • DHS-designated enhanced driver's license
  • Federally recognized, tribal-issued photo ID
