they should be equally worried too , if their employees get GC sooner ,no one will work for those WITCH companies,once they have GC in hand they will fly for greener pastures.

mine approved in 2017 but applied in 2016 (took 9 months to process) generally they do about in 12-15 months to adjudicate /invite for GC interview with your spouse. wait time actually depend on Workload of local uscis office for your region. Once biomatrics is completed you can except the EAD in few weeks. Dont worry it will be processed soon but do call USCIS/Take a info pass  to let them know that you haven't received  biometrics appointment yet. generally i used to call USCIS/infopass often to know the status, that helped to push a bit ,i think. dont loose hope you will get it soon.
