Bill introduced by Thatha batch... and next Senate lo majority kuda Thatha batch dhe.... and final approval kuda chesedhi Thatha ne.....

If you are not aware, Thatha batch supports legal migration.... and so there is no reason for this bill to not pass in the senate....

Its complicated .... Yearly 140 K greencards ye issue chestharu.... this includes the main H1b and his spouse and children born in India or respective country. Kinda ichina reference prakaram chooskunte nearly 40% are employment based and aa 23, 569 ni divide by 3 (say 3 members in a family) then it is ~ 7K family will benefit in the current process, which is as per the current country cap.

So Ippudu CAP theesi vesthe,

House lo already passed where Dems are Majority which is a bill introduced by Reps... So Senate lo Reps Maj vunte inka akkada yendhuku pass kadhu...
