Daycare lo veseyandi ippudu.>Take him to some activites like swimming and parks.

Let me ask couple of questions:

1)Does he gets irritated frequently? No. Unless if we don't give what he needs. 2 min edustadu. Nenu Edo okati chesi marvhipoyela chesta.2 min max.

2)Fear of strangers is so how much extent. 1 or 2 days vallu intlo vunte set avuthadu slow ga. He forgot us. But ala vachi Ila pothe konxhem kastam. He does not go any stranger. 6 months before India ki poyinapudu nanammaki alabatu ayyaka memu lekunna light. But ikkada us lo memu vundali.

3)Does he point things and understand what oyu says(Basic things like grab things). He understands some things like if I say Jo Jo he will come and sleep on laps. Piluste vastadu daggariki. But adi kavali idi kavali Ani point cheyadu. Inni days memu ekkuva time spent cheyaledu vadini. chesevallamu but not really. Time pass  hesevallamu. Last 2 days lo baaga spent chestunnamu atleast index finger ni use cheyadam start xhesadu eeroju but Chala konchem. But Inka object ni point cheyadu. Maa mistake memu yeppudu concentrate ga adi cheppaledu vadiki

4)How he behaves with other kids? Park ki pothe daggariki pothadu kids daggariki but vembade devaite ayyi vadi aata vadu adukubtadu. But long weekend frnd valla intiki poyanu 5 days. Appudu konxhem time spend xhesadu ante maa frnd valla elder daughter vachi adukuntantadi so veedu start. Hesadu Inka. But light light ga adukuntadu not like close buddies.

5)He likes to be alone? No either me or my wife wants him. Memu ekkado vunna maa venkae tirugutadu. Unless close aythe tappa podu.

6)Eye contact and hand gesture  ela vuntai? Eye contact maa wife ki full istadu.enta pedda poem cheppina enta sepu ayina alane choostadu some times eye contact miss ayna malli choostadu. Example 10 min chepthe 7-8 min eye contact istaru. Gestures memu nerpinchaledu. Memu emi nerpichamo avanni chepthadu. Nerpichina gesture edi miss cheyadu. Like more food gesture, high five, hello nice to meet you ani.  pray to God, claps ala. But recent ga butterfly marchipoyadu. Almost 1 month ayyindi butterfly gesture adagaledu. So eeroju adigina vadu cheyaledu.so he forgot that single gesture.

7)Hearing check chesara emaina recently? Ledu bro naku Ade idea vachindi. Born appudu chesaru antae normal annaru. He is alrt to music and sounds. Around 7 - 10 months appudu used to cry for pressure cooker sound and vaccum sounds. But now not crying for any type of sound. Konxhem memu bayapdiste edustadu. Sounding ni batti telustadi kadha veelu thidutunnaru Ani. Some times edvadu vachi dakkuntadu naa back side.

8)Any repettive behaviour while playing or echoing? Ekkuva repetitive ga cheyadu. He plays with all the toys. Like throw balls with hand, reading books vade pages tipputadu alone it self. Some times We will play some songs in Bluetooth with little audio. Apudu vadu okkade songs vinukunta adukuntadu. Otherwise maa daggariki vachi toys istadu adinchamani. But konni sau repetitive ga chestadu le but not always like Everytime.

Lot of positive signs .Negative signs koncham takkvuu vunnai with above data. 19 months kabatti you still have good time for him to improve..You can do lot of things for his imporvemnt. For example if he wants something dont give it to him directly wither he needs to point or say starting letter of it. rhymes evg time pracitce cheyanchandi hum along with them. teach colors some toys showing inside outside , up and down..stacking toys colors tho start chey vachu..

Pros: eye contact istadu , if we say number or letters he will follow them but he will say next letter example: if we ask to say 17 he will say 18 , 7 he says 8, 19 he says tanty. 29 says thaty. Saying Amma , ammamma, akka, car, cow. He identifies some body parts.

Cons: edges chooste head banging, too much moving here and there , he does not pointing to an object what he needs. Keep things in a pattern like bricks, balls, bowling bars,

Doctor Evo questions adigindi then said medium risk annadi.

First steps ni contact avvamannaru. Any idea is it useful.

Nothing wrong with this kid .. 19 months ki we can't expect too much from a kid .

And meru & spouse  entha  play time spend chestaru me kid tho daily ...

.  each and every kid ki learning curves different untay .. kondaru 3 to 4 yrs vache varaku asalem matladaru  ( happened in my family ).. Me  kid ki eppudaina edge tagili hurt ayyademo ..so adhi register ayyi undochu..

I wouldn't suggest going for treatment or therapy at this age .. India lo andharu unde place lo petti spend time with him ..with in 1 yr  you can see improvement .

As doctor suggested put him in ABA therapy ASAP. As the intake process, insurance etc., and to start the full   fledged therapy

it will take 4 - 6 months of time. so make sure you have this in working before sending to India. so that once he comes back everything is ready. ( my personal opinion sending to India will not help, but for some change you can try )

lot of people confuse autism with language delays, these 2 are not same

language delays can be overcomed by sending to india, spending time with the kids and reinforcing language skills

Autism will have man symptoms, language delay, sensory issues, digestive issues, excessive mouthing - India pampadam valla edo change unnatu anipistundi kaani when they come back here, they regress again within a month

india lo poison control concept asalu ledu..autism lo they keep everything in the mouth, there is a good chance for the kids to poison themselves with something, people dont child proof lot of stuff in india

ABA, Occupational therapies, social play therapies, taking them out to parks/outdoor/activities does more help than sending to india and leaving it to grandparents

if one has to define autism, it is nothing bu learning and losing skills 10-15 times before the master those skills, it appears as if they are forgetting, i think its an issue with recollecting, the dont have attention span to recollect things, age will make them better.. rule of thumb is to dont change their environment too much

school, aba, parks, home, people as constant manchidi.. regression will be minimal... indian pampanchadam kante.. grandparents ni ikkada teppiste.. they get the benefit of all aspects..US is the place where they have to live.. why not help them to adapt here

Define a machine

Ameer khan - Anything which reduces human effort.

Professor/Chatur - Complicated wording textbook definition

Ee bokkalo occupational therapy, behaviiirao therapy ani vinadaniki bagubtai but wont help for Indian kids much

India lo inti daggara ee therapies anni dorkutai... Only thing vallaki ee fancy therapy names telidu
