if you are in the US, try local state agencies... 

California lo aithe County Regional centre untadi below 3 years kid ki, after 3 years School system(district) lone untayi programs. To qualify for either of this, they will do an evaluation and determine eligibility and it will take time to get your turn (~2months). US lo chala help untadi from local agencies compared to India. Also private therapists chala untaru, which are mostly covered by insurance. Local therapists can also do evaluation which can be given to Insurance to check for coverage. 

India lo kuda unnayi, but its just starting there
