More than 4 yrs nunchi working on spring boot and java 8. Adi standard since many years ayina AOP is still useful in some cases. 

He asked tech stack in my office. How can  we change it  just by learning something?

Honestly, very bad path to choose for a fresher. Suggest them programming or Admin side or QA side or  something else.

 

Can you please guide on QA path ( for fresher ) ? How is job market for this?

and also can you suggest some trainers too.

QA ki bane untundi . But manual nerchuknte saripodu. Automation ravali. Selenium , karma, FItnnesse, cucumber  tests evanni kuda ravali. 

Trainers naku teledu. Ltt for others.

Start with CSM then do CSPO ala path lo certified avutu Agile coach certified avvali.  Scrum alliance kakunda kuda vere orgs unnayi which you can choose to become a coach.
