in modern capitalistic world, how can a government build a green field capital by market borrowing ? 

 

Evado okadu attempt cese varaku ... it will stay like not a possibility.... May be this is something the country will learn from  and will not attempt something like this ... Take it as an experiment....

 or who knows... They might complete Amaravathi for some political gains .... Every day changing political scenario anything can happen kada...

India is not Arab world where cities were built...

Im country like India, we already have enough cities, we need to develop our cities.

Building a city and developing a city...if you can interpret this, then you would understand the difference and the blunder CBN did which no one else did in this country..!

Gandhinagar katti 30 yendlu ayitundi...ipatiki oka small city adi..government functionary thapa emi ledu akada...Chandigarh kuda pedda City emi kadu..Mohali is bigger than Chandigarh and it took almost 40 years for present day Chandigarh...

what I am saying, developing a city intakes a long time, decades...and government should concentrate on creating an administrative set up but instead, it wanted to create a Singapore..

Perfect scenario was to use Hyderabad for few years till affordable government buildings were built in Amaravati. But sendraal saar vote for note changed fate of AP.
