సెల్ ఫోన్ కనిపెట్టింది నేనే, అబ్దుల్ కలాంని రాష్ట్రపతి చేసింది నేనేనంటూ.. బిల్డప్ ఇచ్చుకునే చంద్రబాబు, అసెంబ్లీలో మరో జోక్ పేల్చారు. సెల్ ఫోన్ల రేట్లు తగ్గించింది నేనేనంటూ సభ్యులకు షాకిచ్చారు. ఒక్కసారిగా సభ ఘొల్లు మనడంతో సర్దుకున్నా.. చరిత్ర చెప్పేది ఇదేనని, సాక్ష్యాధారాలున్నాయి చూస్కోండి అంటూ రెచ్చిపోయారు బాబు.

సెల్ ఫోన్లు వచ్చిన కొత్తల్లో రేటు 20వేల వరకు ఉండేదని, అయితే తాను అప్పటి ప్రధాని వాజ్ పేయికి ఓ నివేదిక ఇచ్చానని దానివల్లే సెల్ ఫోన్ల రేటు తగ్గుతూ వచ్చాయని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు బాబు. టెలీ కమ్యూనికేషన్ డీ-రెగ్యులేషన్ పై చంద్రబాబు ఆధ్వర్యంలో కమిటీ కేంద్రానికి ఓ నివేదిక ఇచ్చిందట. ఆ నివేదిక వల్లే రేట్లు తగ్గాయట, అదీ ఆయన మాటల సారాంశం.

అయితే అంతలోనే వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు సెల్ ఫోన్ ఇండియాకి తెచ్చింది కూడా మీరే కదా అంటూ తగులుకున్నారు. ఆ దెబ్బతో బాబుకి మండింది. నేను కాదు, మీరే తెచ్చారు సెల్ ఫోన్ అంటూ.. తానెప్పుడూ సెల్ ఫోన్ తీసుకొచ్చానని చెప్పలేదని అది వారి అజ్ఞానం అంటూ ఉడుక్కున్నారు. అయితే సెల్ ఫోన్ రేట్ల విషయంలో మాత్రం చంద్రబాబు వెనక్కు తగ్గలేదు. తానిచ్చిన రిపోర్ట్ వల్లే సెల్ ఫోన్ల రేట్లు తగ్గాయని, కావాలంటే అప్పటి రిపోర్ట్ లు చెక్ చేసుకోండని సలహా ఇచ్చారు.

మొత్తమ్మీద చంద్రబాబుకీ సెల్ ఫోన్ కీ ఏదో అవినాభావ సంబంధం ఉన్నట్టుంది. అందుకే పదే పదే టెక్నాలజీ పేరుతో చంద్రబాబు సెల్ ఫోన్ ని లింక్ చేసుకుంటూ నవ్వులపాలవుతున్నారు. అటు మండలిలో లోకేష్, ఇటు శాసనసభలో చంద్రబాబు భలే కామెడీ పేలుస్తున్నారంటూ జోకులేసుకుంటున్నారు వైసీపీ నేతలు.
