No issues with a partner(doctor confirmed), my very low motility is the cause.

Sperms like Alkaline environment..they cannot sustain Acidic regions..

anduke Pregnancy plan chese mundu better to consume lot of Alkaline foods for better probability of catching..this is case for people who have low sperm count, mobility issues etc...

In the past I heard such situations will end up in having a girl kid.

Follow below tips:

1) use a pillow under your partner's hip area while having intercourse 

2) stay intact for about 5 minutes or so after you are done.

 

this may help and offcourse you have to do it at the right time.
