thank you for posting buddy. At least good info for me before planning. Hope you find the solution you are looking for.

my 2 cents, stay patient exhaust all your natural options. 30 is not too late I think.

I agree with you, 30 is not too late. But my wife is worrying too much and she is not getting relax even though I tried to explain her many times. I am worried about her mental and physical health, her argument is when the doctor says less chance why do we need to waste time.  I am not able to give her a convincing answer or hope. Inclining to IVF at least my wife will feel wife.

Yes, we started planning for IVF as well and searching for a good doctor in Hyderabad, Chennai or Banglore. I actually like to adopt and my wife said no to that option.

Check the success rate as well  in any city I know a nursing home in Guntur Named as Ahalya nursing home guntur they have very good success rate . One of my cousins gone through the procedure they have twins boy and girl

yes, boy sperms are very sensitive but fast swimmers but cannot survive for more than 12 hrs....Girl sperms are tough and can survive for 5 days

if u add environment alkalinity into picture, the sperm survival rate goes down drastically.

and in case sperm count is less and mobility issues, chances of conception are very less..

u need to plan accordingly and track the ovulation properly to improve ur chances..

the success rate provided by the hospital might be fake and don't know any other way to check unless we know someone that took treatment.

thank you, everyone, for sharing information and suggestions 🙏. It's really hard to find information, I struggled a lot to get a good understanding of what to do and how to approach. I got 60% of the information from this thread and I will post my progress.

Please keep posting the information on doctors and tips, I am sure this will be helpful to other people.

my 2 paisa..give it an year since you are only 33. Then, I say, go ivf. Nothing wrong with going IVF, plan for natural process for your next kid. your wife also has 2-3 years..

Don't take it negatively - Even if you did all the biological remediation proposed in this thread or from your research/doctors- There is a  mental stress factor, the pressure thoughts of getting it right every month and eagerly waiting for results . To some extent, this may impact the process.

Go for it and get it done than going through mental torture...they will do icsi - inserting sperm directly into egg, this procedure is done at the retrieval phase of ivf, but to get to this phase there will be lot of shots for 10-12 days, somedays it's 2 shots a day (for girl), so you would need an understanding partner than an aggressive one..good luck 👍

If you still want to try naturally, here's the 2 items which boosts your motility but give it good few months and take them every single day,

Walnuts and bananas._-_
