I140 అయ్యాక you  can  change  కంపెనీ .... కానీ its best to wait for 6 months  ....so that the current employer cannot withdraw your GC ...

When you got to the new company ... You have to ask them to do new GC all over again... And you can have your priority date.... But you have to get your GC done with the new company before your date is current

I140 approve ayyaka ...  You can get 3 years extension ...

Generally you get three years of extension after I140. But this might not be true in all cases..

I got it for three years.

One of my friend got extension for 6 months.

Adhem ledu, same employer tho unte, if i140 is under processing, h1b 6yrs period aipothe then 1yr istaru, ledu i140 approved ante employer can request uscis for 3yr extension

Gc processing transfer enti  kotha employer will start from step 1, lca file chesi labor file chesi etc, i140 apudu valid i140 with previous employer unte apudu uscis ni request chestaru PD ni port cheyamani, whether it gets ported or not only uscis knows

By the time you PD is current ... You should have your THEN Current employer sponsor your GC and use your PD date..
