NRI - meaning US passport holders, OR Indian passports with 30 day Visa validity in it (the guy who checks does not care about what kid of visa etc) No other papers necessary

Adults - Rs : 300 per person 

Kids under 10 years Free free free .......

It took us 1 hour from start to finish including check of passport and payment(may be 10 minutes we spent) ...there is a small counter inside while you walking through the line .....

Just carry Passports and Cash in bemurda Shorts and put a lungi on top of it ........ later once you are out remove lungi ...... aaaa heat ki shorts is good ........ and Passports will be safe ........

for NRI ticket is Rs. 300 only .......and it takes only 1 hour for darshan at 12 noon ..... you have to carry your passports and kids below 10yrs  is free ........
