I drove both subaru BRZ and WRX manual, not a big fan of subaru's manual transmission. decent ga cheppalante shittiest shifter.

i agree, it looks like a prefect stereotype ricer car. but it has 100 hp more than Si, better brakes and better handling. There are more cheaper options if you are just looking to badge your car as manual rather than enjoying manual fun. 

do you want to own a manual car just to be distinct or do you want to enjoy manual driving ?

Manual car has better control in snow driving conditions if anything. And no car is better at that than Subaru WRX STI
