Roy Halladay's wife Brandy delivers emotional Hall of Fame speech

Halladay, who died tragically in a plane crash in November 2017, was posthumously inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. On Sunday, Halladay's widow Brandy gave a speech on her late husband's behalf and was welcomed with a standing ovation from the crowd.
