The contractors’ coffee pool idea is not about spending money - it is about sending them a message that we don’t need their free coffee (or mercy) and we can buy our own.

A mini generator (or a noise free battery pack) won’t cost a lot - or maybe, you should get a noisy generator and annoy them 🙂

On one of my prior projects, contractors were not given WiFi access. So we got our own ISP account, modem and WiFi.

Wells lo only drawback enti ante contractors ki onsite gym ki pay cheyalsochedi, but that's $30 with no upfront payment and no contract, it's month to month and awesome undedi gym. So yeah $30 picha lite, food evvariki free kaadu. 

Only soft drinks, some sparking water bottles, cereals, milk, coffee, hot chocolate ivanni andariki free.

Ippudunna client lo kooda drinks and stuff like coffee free for all. parking no discrimination you can park anywhere, same with wfh you can wfh when you want. Today I am working from home myself. 

I won't work at places where they treat contractors like second grade citizens even if I happen to be an FT there. That shows a lot of about the company itself.
