can we apply multiple (eeh-nalugu) renewal applications

hi folks,

can we apply for multiple eeh-nalugu) renewal applications  ??  i am with a mestri and i am applying for eech1 extension next month, he is also applying for eeh-nalugu along with it.

now i got a position fulltime , can both my mestri and fulltime client can apply for eeh-h4 ?? i know we can apply for multiple eech-okati extensions. 

current trend is, consultancy tho apply cheste chala denial vastunnayi andukane multiple chedam ani chustuna.

please advise ??

Which ever gets approved latest that will take precedence. You can apply but if your FT petition approved first and then your mestri petition approve next then it will be the latest. Are you willing to take the risk?

Apr 21st -- Ft H4 approved

May 7th - Mestri H4 approved..

 

then Mestri's will be considered active....ani kavi bhavam.

Nope if he applies both h1 and f1 then meeru cheppedhi correct but not for same type

In case of H1 + H4 it applicable? H4 can't be on two petitions simultaneously.
