Many muslim apologetics says that Aisha's age was not 9 when she married muhammad .To them I say that they are right because aisha was 6 when she was married and the authentic hadits says she was 9 when she lost her virginity Ref: sahih bukhari , book 67 , hadith 69

 

Now muslim apologetics say that this number is false because if we will take a look at other hadiths alongside number of assumptions and calculations we can see her significantly older . But my point is that none of the other hadiths cite her age . Some of them are not authentic

 

The other i want to ask apologetics is that why do they deny the SAHIH HADITHS , where aisha herself states her age as 9 . Ref : photos below

 

Some muslims says that aisha was very mature of her age even when she was 9 . But in authentic hadiths aisha herself states that she was not mature and used to play with dolls when prophet married her Ref : photo below

 

 

Now from here muslims starts to compare Islam with other religions they say that child marriage was also in other religions . (Eg : king john of england ) . But this attempt is futile because muhammad was supposed to be the perfect human

 

Divorce is lawful and is regulated fairly claearly in the Quran . If a women gets divorce before intercourse has taken place . She can get married again immediately and doesn't have to sit out a waiting period offered to as IDDA in arabic Ref : surat al azhab verse 49

 

As for women who had vaginal intercourse during that marriage & were divorcee surat al baqra verse 228 states that they need to wait for 3 menstrual cycles

 

 

This caused a problem for arabs , who knew that this waiting applies to menstruating womens only . So they went back to ask muhammad what the waiting period would be for those who aren't menstruating . Namely young girls , old women and pregnant women

So we can clearly see that the question that was asked to muhammad at that time was : ''What about those who are too young to have menstrual cycles ?'' The other major exegesis are ibn kathir and al tabari who are both very clear that this is refering to girls

 

the waiting period for young girls , old women and pregnant women and muhammad revealed this verse . Quran 65:4 clearly states that there is no minimum age for marriage in islam . And even girls who haven't reached puberty can be married .

 

Some apologists have recently tried to ignore this verse altogether and quote another verse to claim that the quran forbids the marriage of children . They use this verse in surat al nisa to make this calim

 

 

According to sharia lawa " everything is halal(permissible) , unless explictly forbidden ". In arabic this is refered to as the well know law of jurisprudence AL-ASLU FYLASHEEA AL EEBAHA this means everything is allowed in islam unless there is a quranic verse or authentic

If any muslim wants to claim claim that marrying a girl who is yet to reach puberty is forbidden , then you need to provide evidence . And frankly you'd be contradicting quran 65:4

 

Lets now take a look at wheteher there is a minimum age of marriage in sharia Ref : Fath al bari an exegesis of sahih bukhari , vol . 11

 

 

It says muslim schools of jurisprudence unaminously allowed the marriage of young girls , even if they were still babies in cradle . But intervourse can't occur until girl withstands penetration .

 

Iran's ayatollah khomeini spouts this out very clearly in his book TAHRIR AL WASILAH . VOL 2 PAGE 216 states : "that a man can carry out all the secual oleasures he desires on his bride . Even if she is a baby . He is entitled to thigh her , even grope her

 

But they can't have sex until she is 9 a/c to shia islam .

This is pretty damning and revealing,

All other religions have evolved and are more or less have accepted countries laws over their religious ones.

 

Islam on other hand does not,

And muslim men have no inclination to stop this since this gives them all the power to act out their perversions on little girls, which they continue to do in India and all over the world.

But they undergo pain of chopping their private parts. With small M they cannot satisfy women that is why they make children as their prey

the usual suspects who abuse Hindus and Hinduism at drop of a hat are giving wide miss to this one.

 

They wont comment on this but will jump gleefully to abuse Hinduism.

Few days back in Karnataka, samadhis of Hindu saints were desecrated, yet, not a peep.
