H1b question

Naa H1 recently transferred to a new employer. I havent joined the new company yet, joining date august 3rd week icharu.

Paatha employer ki inka teliyadu H1 transfer ayyindani. Can I go to india now? I already have valid stamping till next year.

Better new one so that your i94 will be current. 

Fir eg you show old i979 which is valid till dec 2019, your i94 at poe will be till dec 2019 only and later you have to extend your i94 again, so new one better idiot fellow
