The new EB-5 regulations have been issued and, after much speculation, we can confirm the minimum investment level will be increasing $900,000. This is significantly less than the $1.35 million originally proposed, but still represents an sizeable increase on the current $500,000. This figure relates to investments made in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA). Investments made outside of a TEA will increase to a minimum amount of $1.8 million.
 
The fee hike will take effect on November 21, 2019, so act now to lock in the current $500,000 rate. It takes an average of two months to prepare source of fund documents, and this can be significantly longer for complicated cases. This rule is effective from November-21-2019. But, indians in EB5 have to pay increased prices. It means already effective to Indian investors due to Filing chart not accepting and final action dates in EB5 retrogressed to 2014.😂😊
