Police in Montreal are investigating an incident caught on video that shows a man uttering racial slurs and sexually violent threats at an Arabic-speaking woman and her young daughter. The incident has raised worries about racial tensions in the wake of a new law in Quebec that bans religious symbols, though the province's premier says there is no link.
