Question posting on behalf of a friend :

I was working for company A full time , got fired due to performance issue. It has been 2 weeks since i got fired.

now i got a job offer , full time as well .

But the client is in the impression i am still working for my previous company , i said i will gave them a notice after background check which i was not supposed to tell i guess .

Now would that be a problem when i get the H1 transferred from previous  company . USCIS status says approved only . H 1 trasfer appudu HR ki emana chepala ?

Background check lo old employer ni manage cheyyali

Most background checks usually ask "Reason for leaving"

I think its a bit risky but don't lose hope quite yet.

Background check ayipoyaka,

H-1B transfer ki latest 3 paychecks adugutharu ga .. oka vela adigithe you are golden and can give whatever you have. At that time, they dont go into details of what happened at the time of interview as that would be handled by a different team
